is a Microsoft® Excel macro that creates a variety of calendars and planners. The spreadsheet environment is used to quickly generate daily and weekly planners including task lists with links to a monthly overview. Professional calendars are effortlessly produced in one month, six months and yearly formats. The product runs on both IBM-compatible and Macintosh platforms and requires Microsoft® Excel. After installing the program, you can activate the Calendar for Excel™ from the Excel menu. The program can generate the following spreadsheets:
CalendarUsing the calendar option you can generate monthly, yearly and 24 week calendars with your choice of direction, type and number of lines per box You can generate a single month calendar. Or generate a 12 months per page.
The monthly overview: Entering the appointment data in the weekly planner will be duplicated to the monthly planner automatically.
Clicking on the Monthly Planner will move the page to the correct appointment entry. Daily PlannerUsing the Daily Planner option, you can generate a well-integrated daily planner with the monthly overview and with each week's activities. The built-in buttons make navigation an easy task.

Advanced Calendar for ExcelHow to Import a Simple Database to CalendarAssume that you have the following database.
The data is stored in DB_Case_01.XLS file. Step 1:Open the Database Click the "Brows and Open File" button and open the DB_Case_01.XLS file in the C:\Program Files\BaRaN Systems LLC\Calendar for Excel folder. Make sure that all corresponding fields are set as shown below. Step 2:Run the Program Select "Calendar..." option from the Excel Tools menu. Make sure you enter 1-May-2003 as start date and select Data Base as type.
Click the OK button. Enter the number of calendar months to be generated as 4 and click the OK button.
Review the results. How to Use The Goal Worksheet Please do the following Steps: A- Define a Project as show below.
B- Define the 1st Phase.
C- Enter the Tasks.
Note 1: You can enter data in the colored cells only. Note 2: Use the "Weight" factor of 1.0 if all tasks requires similar effort, you can enter a correct "Weight" if it is known. D- Review the Charts E- Once you have started to do the tasks, enter the "Percent Done" data.
