Returning a Downloaded Software Product

A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for: Defective products Products not received due to an error on BaRaN Systems LLC's part We apologize that BaRaN Systems LLC cannot offer refunds for: Software that has a free trial version or demo offered on the site from which you purchased Software purchased for the wrong device or platform Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by BaRaN Systems LLC. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns. Product not purchased directly from BaRaN Systems LLC (BSL, DIGBUY or REGNOW) must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the return policies of the place of purchase. Returned products must be complete of ALL components (CD, manuals, software carton, etc.) that comprised the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-BaRaN Systems LLC product / component returns. Returns in the United States must be received by BaRaN Systems LLC within 35 days after the date BaRaN Systems LLC ships the product. Returns for shipments from BaRaN Systems LLC to locations outside the United States must be received by BaRaN Systems LLC within 60 days after the date BaRaN Systems LLC ships the product. We will not refund the shipping cost. If you meet the criteria above, please follow these steps to request a refund:

Software Removal Form will be generated and e-mailed to you and your CC e-mail. Print it out on your company stationary, sign it and return it to BaRaN Systems LLC via regular registered mail.

Note: For legal reasons, we must receive a signed Software Removal Form as a hard copy, rather than an electronic version. You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Note: Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If you paid by credit card, BaRaN Systems LLC credits your credit card account immediately after your Software Removal Form has been accepted. However, depending on your credit card company's process, credits may not appear until 4 to 6 weeks later. If you have deleted your confirmation email or if you do not have your confirmation email, please fill out the following automated email form to the best of your knowledge.
