The SQC for Access data base is designed as a
relationship database. Suppose you have a company (Back-End
Data Base) that has three plants
- North Plant
- South Plant
- New E Plant

Each plant has two set of
equipments that produce a Widget, the
production line merges to a packaging equipment
section to produce the final product. Therefore the
equipments are:
- Widget Builder A
- Widget Builder B
- Packaging

In each equipment, a set of measurement is taken for different
properties of the Widgets. These measurements
are:

- Defect (only for the packaging)

For each measurements, a set
