You have Upgraded Your MS Excel and BSL
Products Does Not Work
The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMS
You have upgraded the MS Excel and re-install the BSL product, however
you get a message similar to the one below.
CAUSE
The add-ins rely on a set of DLLs that MS Excel provides, each version
of MS Excel requires different set of DLLs. You need to load the correct
program for the correct version of MS Excel.
RESOLUTION
If you have purchased the product with-in the last 3 months we will
upgrade your product free of charge, please go to step 5,
otherwise you need to PURCHASE an upgrade.
