How to Remove BSL Add-In Programs

RESOLUTION

You can remove an item from the Add-Ins available list manually.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps.

Note: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
For Microsoft Windows XP:

1. Check with your Office or Excel administrator for more information before deleting any programs.
2. Make sure MS Excel is not running.
3. On the Windows Start menu, point to Control Panel and then click Add-Remove Program.
4. Select the BSL program you would like to delete.
5. Click the Change/Remove button.
6. Follow the instructions.
7. Start MS Excel, you will get the following error message. Take a note of the add-ins names (i.e. SFX_Main) and click the OK button.
8. From the Tools menu, select the Add-In option (Note: If the option Add-Ins... is not available, click on the double arrow symbol at the of the menu.)
9. Check the BSL program name.
   • ADFX_Main   Affinity Diagram for Excel
   • PRFX_Main    Project for Excel
   • SFX_Main       SQC for Excel
10. MS Excel can not find this program, and request to delete it, Click the Yes button.
