implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) strategy. It is based on the MIT TQM
solution and provide the user with a interactive environment to develop the TQM
within their organization.

TQM for Excel™ brings together the most effective and commonly
used Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques, in a concise,
readable utilizing a Web based format. The overall package is divided into
the following sections
